Service Description

URBANFAMILIES offers a comprehensive antenatal package designed to prepare you for both childbirth and life with your new baby. Our total of eight hours of classes can be divided into two to four sessions, providing flexibility to suit your needs as new parents. Please note that when you book, it is for the first session. After your booking is confirmed, we will get in touch to arrange a schedule that works best for you. In addition, One-on-one consultations are available at the clinic in Alges, and group classes are offered in Estoril at a lower cost.
