why choose us?
Hundreds of parents graduated from our courses last year. We offer modern alternative to group classes. Our courses are popular with mams and dads who prefer one on one sessions, value individual approach and benefit with opportunity to ask more questions compared to a group setting. We feel very privileged to share your parenthood journey and promise to provide you with holistic, caring and non-judgmental support.
first of all... congratulations!
Welcome to our one on one birth trauma rewind session! Birth trauma is a big deal. Whilst only 2 to 5% of people meet the criteria for full blown Post Traumatic Stress Disorder following birth, up to 50% of women describe their birth as being traumatic. This course teaches you how to do an effective intervention to release traumatic feelings. We will provide you with comprehensive and evidence based information and ensure all questions are answered in privacy, from the comfort of your own home.
Birth rewind
-
Process that releases the negative feelings associated with the birth so that it is possible to look back and remember the birth with neutral feelings about it
-
Activating a persons own natural ability to heal by using deep relaxation, guided use of their memory and of their imagination
This session is a calm, supportive space designed for anyone who feels that their birth experience still lives in their body or nervous system. You don’t need to retell your birth in detail or relive painful moments. The 3-Step Rewind Technique works gently with the brain and nervous system, helping your body recognise that the experience is over and that you are safe now.
During the session, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state and supported to process the memory from a place of distance and control. Many people describe feeling lighter, calmer, or more settled afterwards, with reduced emotional or physical reactions to birth-related memories. The session lasts around two hours and moves at your pace — you remain fully in control throughout.
This approach is especially helpful if you’ve experienced a difficult or traumatic birth, an emergency intervention, or feelings of fear, powerlessness, or being unheard. Whether your birth was recent or many years ago, this session offers a compassionate way to support healing without pressure, judgment, or re-traumatisation.
