We are qualified midwives and have worked with hundreds of pregnant women and their families using variety of approaches to achieve and maintain optimal health before, during and after pregnancy. We will provide you with evidence- based information, practical parent to parent tips and expert advise as the NHS frontline workers.

All the pre-and postnatal prep and support you need for your hospital birth, plus personal support when you go into labour, for considerably less than the cost of a full-scale birth doula service.
Four antenatal sessions including a full birth partner coaching session if requested. Our priority with these sessions is to empower you with all the tools, mental, physical and emotional, to have the birth experience you want.​ These sessions may be by video call/Zoom or in person if you are in the Cascais or Lisbon area.

Your doula will be on call for 3 weeks, from 10 days before your due date.

In-person labour support from when the mother goes into labour, up to when she goes into hospital. If your plans change e.g. towards induction of labour at hospital or a planned caesarean, this part of the fee (350€) is refundable.​ If it is decided that the doula should accompany you into hospital an additional flat fee of 525€ will be applied after the birth.

Two postnatal visits to build your confidence with feeding, sleeping, bathing and caring for your baby.

Email and phone support from time of booking to four weeks after the birth - also when mum is in labour, subject to availability.

Sessions are normally 2+ hours.
