HYPNOBIRTHING

Service Description

This class offers practical hypnobirthing techniques as well as enhanced understanding of the psychology of birth so you will feel really prepared for your baby birth. The class is run by a midwife, experienced in working with women who are pregnant and who used the techniques herself for her own birth. This class is eight hours long with possibility in dividing in two or four sessions on request.  Please note that when you book, it is for the first session. After your booking is confirmed, we will get in touch to arrange a schedule that works best for you. In addition, One-on-one consultations are available at the clinic in Alges, and group classes are offered in Estoril at a lower cost.
