HYPNOBIRTHING

Service Description

This class offers practical hypnobirthing techniques as well as enhanced understanding of the psychology of birth so you will feel really prepared for your baby birth. The class is run by a midwife, experienced in working with women who are pregnant and who used the techniques herself for her own birth. This class is ten hours long with possibility in dividing in four or five sessions on request.  This course can be delivered in English and Polish.
